You’ll follow a program built just for you, training alongside a supportive community, with a professional coach there to guide, encourage, and challenge you every step of the way.

A 3-Step Start towards Success

    • What Happens: It all begins with a friendly, no-obligation consultation at our location. This is our chance to get to know you – your fitness aspirations, your current lifestyle, and what you're hoping to achieve. 

    • What You'll Learn: We'll explain how Noble Clay's personalized approach and expert coaching can help you reach your specific goals. We'll also outline the next steps so you can feel confident in deciding if Noble Clay is the right fit for you. 

  • What Happens: If you choose to move forward, you'll have a dedicated 2-hour, one-on-one session with your personal coach. This comprehensive onboarding is designed to set you up for success. 

    What We'll Cover:

    • Nutrition & Lifestyle: We'll discuss your current habits through an intake form and in-depth conversation to understand your overall well-being. 

    • Movement Assessment: Your coach will guide you through exercises to evaluate how you move, identify any limitations, and establish a baseline. 

    • Fitness Assessment: We'll assess your current fitness levels with isometric and aerobic tests. 

    • Your Personalized Plan: Based on all this information, your coach will walk you through the structure of your long-term and short-term fitness plan, ensuring you understand the strategy behind your workouts. 

    What You'll Gain: You'll leave onboarding with a clear understanding of your next steps and the overarching plan you'll be executing with your coach's guidance. 

    • What Happens: Once onboarded, you'll come into Noble Clay during coaching hours to perform your personalized workouts under the expert supervision and guidance of our coaches. 

    • What You'll Experience: You'll have a coach's expertise to ensure proper form, answer any questions, and provide ongoing support. You'll also utilize our app to track and manage the other crucial elements of your plan – nutrition and lifestyle – ensuring a well-rounded and holistic approach to your fitness journey.

  • We believe in fitness for all. With that in mind, all of our memberships sit on a sliding scale and are based on income. Schedule a consultation with us to learn more about the gym, our mission, and how we can help you get in the best health of your life.

  • For all interested individuals, we offer a free consultation. We know choosing a gym is an important decision. In the free consultation, we will tour the space, share about Noble Clay's story, our why, and what we do. Then, we’ll learn more about you, your goals, and how we can help you achieve them. We want to make sure we’re a great fit for you. Members can bring a guest to see the gym with permission from management.

    If you are traveling and looking to utilize the space for programming or coaching you already receive, you can send an email to hello@nobleclayfitness.com.

  • Our gyms are mostly free-weight facilities. Dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and racks, medicine balls, bands, sleds, landmines, and cable attachments make up the bulk of the equipment we use. We also have air bikes, echo bikes, rowers, and ski ergs for cardio training.

  • We are not a group class gym. Although, we do host fun Holiday workout or special-Saturday group classes every once in a while to bring the community together.

  • We do not.

  • Parking is plenty and free at both locations.

  • There is a minimum 6 month membership. After your 6 month minimum commitment, we require a 30 day notice to cancel your membership. Here is the link to request cancellation.
