Carly’s journey began at Michigan State University, leading her to Atlanta where she crossed paths with Noble Clay’s founder, Ben Davis. Starting with garage training sessions, their friendship quickly evolved into working together into the launch of the Ormond Street location in 2020.

She is armed with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a spectrum of professional credentials including OPEX CCP Coach and Precision Nutrition L1.

As a Coach, Carly is dedicated to nurturing individual growth and empowering each member to surpass their potential, embrace challenges, and flourish both within and beyond the gym's walls. She believes that genuine health improvement happens in the profound interplay between mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Her coaching philosophy is deeply rooted in her passion for female reproductive health. She’s committed to educating women about their bodies, fostering a better, kinder understanding of their menstrual cycles, and guiding them towards their optimal health and fitness.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Carly spends her summers returning to her Michigan roots as often as she can, soaking in the beauty of her home state. She shares her life with her two cherished pups, Daisy and Cooper. In Atlanta, you’ll find her exploring new coffee shops, restaurants, and hanging out with friends.
