emily gravino

General Manager & Full Time Coach at Noble Clay City of Refuge

Emily has had a love for sports and outdoor adventure since childhood. She was a competitive gymnast at an early age, but later in life found soccer as her main sport. After playing DII soccer in college, she found bouldering as her new adventure. She loves visiting national parks to hike, climb and explore. Her love for being active has always been present, but her love for nutrition and a healthy lifestyle started once she experienced debilitating pain.

In 2014, she began to have major health issues around digestion, which sparked a long journey of healing. She experienced a complete shift in quality of life, dealt with depression and anxiety, and was frustrated with the lack of help she initially found. This led her to take her health into her own hands, and since 2014 she has found healing from a holistic approach. This encompassed a complete change in nutrition and lifestyle habits along with some advice from amazing naturopathic doctors.

This experience has sparked so much compassion and drive to come alongside those who want to see breakthroughs and change in their own life. She wants to empower others to overcome setbacks in health and create sustainable habits to maintain health.

Before coming on the Noble Clay team, Emily spent 10 years in collegiate sports ministry in Atlanta with FCA. Her previous experience has been in emotional and spiritual coaching with coaches and athletes.

Emily’s life is very contained within the westside of Atlanta where she lives with her husband Nick Gravino and adopted son Leon. They are her greatest blessing and joy.
