Full Time Coach at Noble Clay City of Refuge
Kristi-Ann Lungren-Walker is a first-generation American raised in Miami, Florida, with Jamaican roots. A free spirit at heart, she has been dancing since the age of five, finding joy in movement through recreational classes and her high school majorette dance team. It wasn’t until college that she discovered her love for fitness at a local gym. With degrees in Psychology, Teaching, and Public Administration, Kristi-Ann combines her academic background with her passion for people, guiding them toward total wellness and a fulfilling life. As a dance instructor, choreographer, and fitness coach, she shares her love for movement with children and adults, bringing positive energy to every session.
Kristi-Ann joined Noble Clay in 2019, drawn to the community’s mission and beginning her own fitness journey to get ahead of her chronic illness, Crohn’s Disease. In 2020, her passion for helping others move their bodies was ignited when she started her Caribbean dance fitness workshops and classes, which became a vibrant expression of her commitment to health, movement, and self-discovery.
Outside of coaching, Kristi-Ann finds joy in traveling, reading, being out in nature or near water, and working on her own passion community projects. Through personalized coaching, she empowers her clients to connect mind, body, and spirit, encouraging them to embrace their unique fitness journey and find freedom in movement.
