Dr. Tay Galmarini
Taylor Galmarini is a board-certified Physical Therapist for the State of Georgia with her Neurological Clinical Specialist Certification. She is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, an institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Opex CCP (In Progress), and a hands-on lab assistant in Mercer University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program. Tay received her BS in Biomedical Sciences from Central Michigan University and earned her DPT from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
Tay enjoys combining her PT, Pilates, and fitness training knowledge for personal and community fitness in addition to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Tay has completed specialty training in orthopedic conditions as well as manual therapy including Kinesiotape, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) levels 1 and 2, and certification in trigger point dry needling.
Tay has experience working in a variety of hospital inpatient, outpatient clinic, in-home, gym, and studio environments. She enjoys working with weekend warriors, professional, college, olympic, and crossfit athletes, as well as patients recovering from neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, MS, Parkinson’s disease, and Guillain-Barre Syndrome; the ultimate goal of her programming is to educate, empower, and help her clients feel more at home in their bodies to live life more vibrantly and abundantly.
In her free time, Tay enjoys growing her Foundational Photography business, hiking, cooking, creating her own art, writing homemade cards, traveling, reading, and hanging out with friends and family at local Atlanta spots.
